Shipping

Free shipping valid for standard ground service on online orders of $50 or more to addresses in the contiguous United States only. Not valid for expedited, international, or return shipments. Offer valid until otherwise announced.

All US orders will be shipped via UPS, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days, some exceptions may apply. UPS Ground delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that there will be an extra delivery fee for orders that must be re-shipped, intercepted, or if the address is changed after the order has been shipped. Customers will be notified prior to being charged any additional fees.

 In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available at any location that has the item(s) in stock. The ability to choose a location from which to pick up is based on our inventory at that store. Customers will receive email notification when order is ready for pick-up. Items ordered for in-store pick-up are subject to our in-store return policy.

 Returning items purchased online

Please enclose our return form when returning any items. A copy of our return form is included with your order, or can be printed from this page.

Regularly-priced merchandise that does not show wear and has its original packaging may be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment if postmarked for return within 10 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Items purchased online may also be returned in person at any of our locations within 10 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only. We are not responsible for shipping costs to return items. Discounted items are a final sale and may not be returned, these item's are marked as "Final Sale" in your shopping cart. Footwear returns must be sent in proper shipping box with the original shoebox inside. Please do not tape or attach the label to the shoebox. Returns without original shoebox are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Hosiery, socks, and hats may be returned only if they are unworn and in original packaging.

 Exchanging items purchased online

Items that do not show wear and have original packaging may be exchanged if postmarked for return to Imelda's within 10 days of receipt. We are not responsible for shipping costs to return items. Once the returned item is received and processed the replacement item will be sent at no cost via UPS ground service (contiguous 48 US states only). Footwear returns must be sent in proper shipping box with the original shoebox inside. Please do not tape or attach the label to the shoebox. Returns without original shoebox are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Hosiery, socks, and hats may be returned only if they are unworn and in original packaging.  In-store policy

Items purchased at our stores or orderered online for in-store pick-up may be returned for store credit or exchange to any Imelda's or Louie's location within 7 days of purchase. Items must not show wear and must have original packaging. Discounted items are a final sale and may not be returned.

 Gift Certificates


Gift codes purchased for our online store may be used online only, and certificates purchased for use in-store may not be used online. If you would like your gift certificate credit to be transferred from one type to another (for example: you have an online gift code but would like to shop at our stores), please contact customer service. Please note that this request may take up to 1 business day to fulfill.

Price Matching


Imelda's Shoes and Louie's Shoes for Men will match the current listed price of any authorized retailer on the same in-stock item in our stores or on our website. Items must be in-stock, available, and of the same brand, model, size, and color as our inventory. Items must be offered by a retailer authorized by that brand to sell their merchandise. Third-party retailers, private sellers, auction sites, used or damaged goods, or otherwise dissimilar or unauthorized listings are excluded. Items offered as rewards, gifts, or prizes cannot be matched. Price-match does not apply to special orders, prior purchases, or out-of-stock merchandise. We will not sell or share your information with anyone, including information submitted at time of purchase and email newsletter signup. Imelda's uses a third-party SSL certificate to protect, encrypt, and safely transmit your information when you make a purchase. Your information and payment is guaranteed to be secure and safe. We do not store your payment information after your transaction is processed. In the interest of security orders may occasionally be delayed to fully validate and authorize payment and shipping information.
