Orders Shipping to Canada
All orders to Canada will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International from Portland, Oregon. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days, although some additional delays may occur due to increased validation and processing requirements. USPS states that most shipments are delivered within 6-10 business days, however some shipments may take longer. Please allow time for your package to clear customs. Processing time through border control and customs is outside of our control, and delays may occur. Please note that there will be an extra delivery fee for orders that must be re-shipped, intercepted, or if the address is changed after the order has been shipped. Customers will be notified prior to being charged any additional fees. Tracking information through USPS Tracking is available with your order and will be included with your shipment confirmation. Tracking services once your order enters Canada varies on your region and final delivery method.
Please note that due to distribution agreements with some of our suppliers, some items may not be shipped outside of the United States.
Returning items purchased online
Please enclose our return form when returning any items. A copy of our return form is included with your order, or can be printed from this page. Regularly-priced merchandise that does not show wear and has its original packaging may be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment if postmarked for return within 10 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and we are not responsible for shipping costs to return items. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account. Items purchased online may also be returned in person at any of our locations within 10 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only. If an exchange is requested you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item to you, and will be contacted to complete payment for these charges before your exchange is shipped.
Discounted items are a final sale and may not be returned, these items are marked as "Final Sale" in your shopping cart. Footwear returns must be sent in proper shipping box with the original shoebox inside. Please do not tape or attach the label to the shoebox. Returns without original shoebox are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Hosiery, socks, and hats may be returned only if they are unworn and in original packaging.
In the event of a defective or misrepresented item, if the return is approved the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item and ship a replacement item or exchange if desired. Original shipping charges and subsequent return and exchange shipping charges will not be refunded or covered in any instance. Note: sizing, comfort, fit, and material variance issues are not considered a defect. If you believe the item you ordered is defective or misrepresented contact customer service for approval before sending it back.
Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of United States law and the laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Contact your local customs office for details about these charges.
Gift codes purchased for our online store may be used online only, and certificates purchased for use in-store may not be used online. If you would like your gift certificate credit to be transferred from one type to another (for example: you have an online gift code but would like to shop at our stores), please contact customer service. Please note that this request may take up to 1 business day to fulfill.
