The policy on this page applies to orders placed for delivery or pick-up within the United States.
Free shipping valid for standard ground service on online orders of $200 or more to addresses in the contiguous United States only. Flat rate ground shipping is available for orders under $200. International orders as well as orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada exempt from free shipping; rates will be determined by USPS.
All US orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. P.O. box orders and physical gift cards will be sent via USPS. Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days; some exceptions may apply. Ground delivery times vary depending on your location. Tracking will be sent for all orders other than physical gift cards, and tracking will include estimated delivery dates. Please note that there will be an extra delivery fee for orders that must be re-shipped, intercepted, or if the address is changed after the order has been shipped. Customers will be notified prior to being charged any additional fees.
In-store pickup is available at checkout. Customers will receive email notification when order is ready for pick-up. Items ordered for in-store pick-up are subject to our in-store return policy. Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days; some exceptions may apply.
Returning items purchased online
Please enclose our return form when returning any items. A copy of our return form is included with your order or can be printed from this page.
For exchanges, due to limited quantities, we suggest contacting us to ensure that the size you request for exchange is in-stock and reserved.
Merchandise that does not show wear and has its original packaging, seals and tags intact may be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment if postmarked for return within 10 days of receiving order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Items purchased online may also be returned in-person at any of our locations within 10 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only. We are not responsible for shipping costs to return items. Items must not show use or wear and must be in original packaging with tags attached and seals unbroken. Please do not tape or attach the label to the shoebox. Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned, these items are marked as "Final Sale" in the item description and shopping cart.
Exchanging items purchased online

Once the returned item is received and processed the replacement item will be sent at no cost via UPS ground service (contiguous 48 US states only). Footwear returns must be sent in proper shipping box with the original shoebox inside. Please do not tape or attach the label to the shoebox. Returns without original shoebox are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Hosiery, socks, underwear, and hats may be returned only if they are unworn and in original packaging. Gift cards can be used in-store and online interchangeably. Physical cards and digital versions are available at checkout. Physical gift cards can either be mailed via USPS or made available for in-store pickup. Digital gift cards will be emailed either directly to the gift recipient, to the purchaser, or both. Please note preference at checkout. Message may be included on gift envelope or digital gift card, please note at checkout. Gift cards are manually processed and may take up to 1 business day to fulfill.
Imelda's Shoes and Louie's Shoes for Men will match the current listed price of any authorized, United States-based retailer on the same in-stock item in our stores or on our website. Items must be in-stock, available, and of the same brand, model, size, and color as our inventory. Items must be offered by a retailer authorized by that brand to sell their merchandise. Third-party retailers, private sellers, auction sites, used or damaged goods, retailers outside of the United States, items advertised in currency other than USD, or otherwise dissimilar or unauthorized listings are excluded. Items offered as rewards, gifts, or prizes cannot be matched. Price-match does not apply to special orders, prior purchases, or out-of-stock merchandise. We do not store your payment information after your transaction is processed. In the interest of security orders may occasionally be delayed to fully validate and authorize payment and shipping information.
